TrixyAI Account Deletion
Delete Individual Creations
To delete a creation without deleting your account, open Projects in TrixyAI, open the image or video, choose Delete, and confirm. This removes the selected media and its thumbnail from TrixyAI storage. Uploaded source media used for that creation is also removed when it is no longer referenced by another generation.
Your account, other creations, credits and subscription remain in place. Copies you have downloaded or shared elsewhere are not deleted. Some generation, billing and security records may remain as described in our Privacy Policy.
Delete Your Account
You can delete your TrixyAI account from inside the app by opening Profile, choosing Delete account, and confirming the deletion prompts. If you cannot access the app, submit the form below to request deletion of your TrixyAI account, including an anonymous account with no sign-in email. A request does not delete an account until ownership is verified.
If available, copy your Account ID from Profile > Account. For older versions, tap Signed in in the same section. You can still request help without the ID. Never send a recovery code, password or full payment card details. Use a recovery code only inside TrixyAI.
What We Delete
Account deletion removes your TrixyAI profile, generated media, uploaded source media, credit ledger, notification tokens, and Firebase authentication account. It also removes your recovery credentials, survey responses, reward progress and public invite code. Already-paid rewards belonging to other people are not removed.
After deletion, we keep a hashed installation marker for reward-abuse prevention for 90 days. It no longer contains your account ID and stops affecting reward eligibility after 90 days. Automated storage cleanup may remove it shortly afterward. This is not an anonymous statistic.
Deleting your account does not cancel an app-store subscription. Manage or cancel it through the store where you subscribed.
What May Be Retained
Some purchase, subscription, security, support, and audit records may be retained where needed for billing integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or tax/accounting requirements.
If You Cannot Access The App
Submit the form on this page or email info@trixyai.video with the subject "TrixyAI Account Deletion" and include your Account ID or previous sign-in email if available. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership before completing the request.
